Princeton Council honored with the Community Service Award

Brothers –

It is with great pleasure that I advise you that our Princeton Council was specially honored at the recent annual Knights of Columbus N.J.State Convention with the Community Service Award for our faithful dedication and service to the health care program provided to Senior Care Ministry of Princeton (formerly called Princeton Health Care Ministry). This year is the thirty anniversary when our council in collaboration with St. Paul’s Parish and with the help and support of Father DE Marcellus began providing necessary services to our senior citizens within the Princeton community. As a council we have continued to support this program financially but also even more importantly many of our Brother Knights have been and continue to serve on the board of directors over the years and many are still active as volunteers in the program.

At our next business meeting on Wednesday June 11th our District Deputy Jeff Bourne will present the council with this outstanding award which has been earned by so  many of our dedicated brothers. I hope you will join us for the award ceremony and meeting to give proper thanks and express our gratitude to all the members involved. Congratulations Princeton Council you earned it. God Bless you all.
Vivat Jesus.
